Progressive claiming by percentage — each apartment shows how much of its billable work is complete, how much has already been invoiced, and what's new to claim.
How the % is worked out
An apartment's claimable % = billable items completed ÷ billable items that apply, every item worth the same.
Billable items are all stone pieces (a piece only counts once it's marked Installed), all sinks,
both silicone jobs and the full clean. Protection and final sign-off don't count.
"New to invoice" is the gap between what's complete and what's already been claimed.
Dollar figures are each apartment's contract value × these percentages.
